The Eyephone project started in 1994 and stopped in 1997.
Eyephone released one 12" and four CD albums (one together with Atom™ – as Atom Heart) between 1995 and 2001. Some live-performances (with Atom Heart and Clifford Gilberto) and DJ appearances took place in the same period.

«Devolution» was the last Eyephone album and compiled tracks from a new phase from late 1996 until late 1997. Its enhanced version «Devolution+» is the first of a set of three re-releases on Availabel, featuring the entire Eyephone catalogue remastered by Atom™. Each album sports almost 2 hours of playing time, adding loads of unreleased material to each release. «Devolution+» also contains the complete versions of previously shortened tracks.

The music on «Devolution+» contains deep inner spaces and whirling outer spheres of digital details and expanding sounds. The pulsating rhythms of sublime minimal funk float through abstract soundscapes. Loops are in motion, random oscillations interweave and turn into a seamlessly flowing unity in permanent transformation. Blending cool minimal funk and digital abstraction.
